Interpretation and Representation: Principles, Tectonics and Sensory –
Sensory Space

With my last project experience, I feel more composure when starting this final project . I first research on the meaning of sensory space that is a new topic for me. I also list down all the requirements in the brief so that I won't missed out. I have also done more sketches and models to explore more on the sensory and tectonics.

Design process

I have totally done many sketches and 3 test models before finalizing my final design. I quite enjoy the process on developing the structure form and done research on the materials. I feel that more sketches I have done , I will more understand the feelings that I need to bring out from my design.

DESIGN INTENTION

Stroll through all the anxiety and depressed, and entering a pocket of void, a utopia where I am temporarily cut off from reality, freed of the burdens in life, where I can appreciate the beauty of nature present around me.

FINAL REFLECTION

In this final project, although it is quite tried , I have done my best. I have learn a lot on design exploration and hope all the experience can help me do more better in next semester . Thank you for all the tutors be patient when guiding us on our projects. I also know that the important of research and study before start the design process. Although did not in studio, it is a enjoyable semester.
